Lincoln e Sucre rintracciano Pad Man per l'ottenimento della sesta ed ultima scheda, Gretchen dà a Sara l'opportunità di pareggiare i conti. Michael e Roland fanno rispettivamente un patto con due diavoli diversi, mentre un membro del team viene colpito da una pallottola su “The Price”.

Three weeks ago I was incarcerated in a Panamian prison.
While I was there I was approached by The Company, a corrupt organization involved in all levels of industry, the government.
They gave me two options, break one of their men, James Whistler out of that prison or they would kill the only one I have ever loved, Dr. Sara Tancredi.
I help out my hand and broke Whistler out.
The Company, they killed Sara anyway.
I don’t know why The Company wanted James Whistler out of the prison but I’ve tracked them here to Los Angeles.
He’s with an agent I know only as Gretchen, the same agent who murdered Sara.
It ends today.
I will seek the justice that I now know the system cannot provide.
So if you’re reading this letter, you’ll know I die revenging Sara’s death.

I personaggi parlano della quarta stagione. Contiene scene inedite degli episodi 4.01 e 4.02, entrambi in onda il 1° settembre su Fox Usa. Attenzione Spoiler!
Nessun nuovo particolare viene rivelato. Ma ci sono diverse scene tratte dai primi due episodi e dal dietro le quinte. Wentworth Miller dice che il ritorno di Sara, la questione del tatuaggio, e l'addio ad un paio di personaggi avverranno in questi primi due episodi. "Si tratta di una combinazione tra Ronin, Mission Impossible, e Una sporca dozzina", afferma Dominic Purcell riferendosi alla quarta stagione.
